encoTRive Actuator - MA
Our encoTRive actuators are robust, auxiliary drives for simple adjustment tasks. They are ideal for adjusting formats, guide rails, stops, valves, butterfly valves and gate valves.
The encoTRive MA 025 is the optimal drive for occasional adjustment tasks. It can be used for automating setting tasks that were done manually in the past and can be used as an auxiliary drive for peripheral functions without any special requirements on dynamics, running time or lifetime.
The encoTRive MA 120 is perfectly suited for short adjustment tasks with high torque and low speed or as a small actuator for direct mounting via hollow shaft. Its cast aluminium housing makes it torsion-resistant.
encoTRive Positioning Drive - MP
Our encoTRive positioning drives are auxiliary or main drives with flexible configuration options. They are perfectly suited as auxiliary or main drives for cyclical format setting, dynamic coarse positioning, fine positioning and constant steady speed. Applications include woodworking machines, packet ejectors, profile measuring machines and X-ray analysis machines. With flexible configuration options, different transmission types and gear reductions, this drive shows its strengths in special machine construction with constantly changing machine configurations. It is also ideally suited for use as a powerful positioning drive or auxiliary drive for peripheral machine functions with special mechanical requirements.
encoTRive Process Drive - MD
Our encoTRive process drives are auxiliary or main drives for demanding applications. They have the same electric motors and transmissions as our encoTRive MP positioning drives. Because of our special electronics and absolute value encoders, these units are perfectly suited as main drives for precise positioning, synchronized and cyclical transfer, positioning sensor systems and application-optimied portal systems. Applications include precise-grinding machines, inspection machines and tool control modules. They can be configured with countless transmission types and gear reductions, like special machine construction with constantly changing machine configurations. They are also used as a high-performance positioning drive or as an auxiliary drive for peripheral machine functions with special requirements.
